Job Description
This job posting is for a maintenance person position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee. This franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding but functions as a separate company from McDonald's USA. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, and the franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- availability to work flexible hours
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to learn and accept training
- ability to comply with sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance or cleaning experience a plus
- ability to follow safety procedures
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck two times a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
