Job Requirements
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures preferred
- reliable transportation
- willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience helpful but not required
- ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- ability to work flexible hours
- attention to detail

Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck two times a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC and exhaust units and roof of debris
