Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of prior supervisor experience
- Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
- Have previous HVAC experience
- Ability to use an electrical meter for testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics

Job Duties
- Act as the lead maintenance supervisor managing maintenance work
- Order and manage maintenance tickets and work orders
- Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Conduct general building maintenance including changing light bulbs, electrical repairs, drywall repairs, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, adjusting locks and hardware
- Fix or replace broken windows and screens
- Oversee the janitorial department and kitchen operations
