Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or sufficient education to read and write
- six months of work related experience preferred
- valid Texas driver’s license
- able to operate tools and equipment in various weather conditions
- able to work morning, evening, weekend, holiday, split or other schedules
- able to lift 35-50 lbs occasionally
- pass drug and alcohol screening
- pass physical examination
- pass background check
- adhere to all safety regulations
- maintain professionalism and technical knowledge
- communicate effectively in English
- follow instructions with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow work orders and government regulations pertaining to airport operations and maintenance
- manage time efficiently to accomplish goals and tasks
- maintain customer friendly attitude and professional appearance
- work effectively under pressure and stringent schedules
- maintain airport facilities including drywall repair, painting, installation of fixtures, pavement patching, street signs, and markings
- maintain airport grounds free of trash, debris, and foreign object damage
- inspect and perform daily equipment and tool inspections, reporting defects and damage
- comply with all safety rules and departmental policies
- report hazardous conditions and incidents immediately
- communicate professionally and responsibly
- operate two-way radios and other communication devices
- perform other related maintenance duties as required
