Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 17+ years of age
- previous janitorial and general maintenance experience preferred
- knowledge of welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, overhead door repair helpful
- stable employment history
- transportation experience a plus
- good ability to interpret work orders and manuals
- ability to work within time constraints
- adherence to company safety practices
- flexible with night and weekend shifts
- dependable
- able to lift approximately 70 lbs
- compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently or in a team
- able to handle multiple priorities
- good communication skills
- must pass drug and background checks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general educational degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- must be 17+ years of age
- previous janitorial and general maintenance experience preferred
- knowledge in welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, overhead door repair and industrial experience helpful
- stable employment history
- transportation experience a plus
- ability to interpret work orders and technical manuals
- must be able to work and complete tasks within time constraints
- must follow all company safety practices
- flexible and dependable
- able to lift approximately 70 lbs.

Job Duties
- Perform property maintenance and landscaping
- perform light carpentry
- welding, cutting, plumbing, painting and overhead door repair
- inspect and perform maintenance within the terminal building
- general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting
- troubleshoot and correct problems
- repair or replace defective parts, components or systems
- perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation
- maintain regular attendance
- perform any other duties as assigned
