Job Duties
- Assist in ensuring that restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance are consistently kept at a high standard by working closely with management
- Implement a daily routine for filtering oil fryers to ensure their functionality and cleanliness
- Maintain outside grounds
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, clean windows inside and out, restock supply rooms, and sanitize restroom facilities
- Carry out the unloading process from the delivery vehicle twice a week
- Remove and discard the trash to maintain cleanliness
- Change light bulbs
- Maintain cleanliness in HVAC and exhaust units, and ensure the roof is free from debris buildup
