Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel maintenance is a plus
  • Ability to work weekends, Saturdays and Sundays specifically
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to maintenance work
  • Willingness to adhere to company appearance standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, wall covering, and landscaping principles and procedures
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and reliable work attendance
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance according to specific standards

Job Duties

  • Maintain the guest rooms, public spaces, and back of the hotel areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, and landscaping
  • Provide valet parking for guests as needed
  • May be required to work nights, weekends or holidays
  • Conduct maintenance and safety inspections as needed and ensure timely follow-up to required improvements
