Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED is required
Prior building maintenance experience preferred but not required
Possess a high interest in mechanical work or working with your hands
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and maneuver/transport objects weighing 200 to 300 lbs
Able to work outside or on ladders for long periods of time
Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years
