This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. While the franchisee operates under the McDonald’s brand name, it is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling, without any involvement from McDonald’s USA. This means that if you are hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer, and McDonald’s USA will not influence any employment decisions or receive copies of your application.

Job Requirements
- Ability to filter oil fryers daily
- capability to maintain outside grounds
- skill in cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
- physically able to unload delivery truck twice weekly
- able to take out and empty trash compactor
- ability to change light bulbs
- capable of cleaning HVAC and exhaust units and roof of debris
- willingness to follow safety procedures
- availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus
- ability to use cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- good physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck two times a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC and exhaust units and roof of debris
