Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience, preferably in residential or property management
- basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Duties
- complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance throughout the community
- assist with the upkeep of grounds, amenities, and common areas
- prepare apartments for move-in by performing repairs, painting touch-ups, and cleaning
- ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are properly maintained and stored
- maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- elect to participate in the voluntary opt-in emergency call assistance program
- follow all safety protocols, building codes, and company procedures
