Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or facility maintenance
- proficiency with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs
- ability to work 2nd shift including weekends
- knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- physical ability to perform maintenance tasks
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance
- experience working in hospitality or property management environments
- ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operational equipment and facility systems
- troubleshoot electrical issues
- repair or replace mechanical components including belts, gears, and motors
- conduct repairs as needed to maintain equipment integrity
- assist with painting projects as part of facility upgrades or improvements
- maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
- ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities
- support customer service initiatives by ensuring minimal downtime of equipment
