Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manual labor
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass drug test and physical examination
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas location
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or finish
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or related trade preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Conduct minor general repair work to facility equipment as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues to diagnose problems accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment complying with company and safety standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Assist in preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities effectively
