Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and manual labor
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass drug test and physical examination
  • Reliable transportation to the Dallas location
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or finish

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or related trade preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking

Job Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
  • Conduct minor general repair work to facility equipment as needed
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues to diagnose problems accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment complying with company and safety standards
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Assist in preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities effectively
