Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • HVAC training and certification preferred
  • Commitment to regular attendance including possible weekend and overtime hours
  • Availability to be on-call for emergencies
  • Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related maintenance experience
  • Broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Experience using smartphone applications for managing work orders
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Certification in HVAC preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shifting tasks
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
  • Complete resident work orders on a timely basis with a 24 to 48-hour expectation
  • Have broad knowledge of general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
  • Perform unit turnovers between residents per company standards within 3-5 days
  • Maintain grounds and curb appeal of the community
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Be responsive to on-call emergencies
