Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance
- Ability to perform a variety of maintenance repairs
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including being available for emergency repairs
Job Qualifications
- Advanced maintenance skills
- Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and mechanical operations
- Ability to provide training to junior maintenance staff
- General knowledge of building maintenance including minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Strong organizational and self-motivation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in a similar maintenance role
Job Duties
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems
- Provide training and mentoring to Maintenance Tech I team members
- Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule maintenance staff
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Maintain detailed records and reports of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Be available for emergency repairs
