Job Requirements

1+ year of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or commercial buildings
Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
Bonus if you have experience with HVAC, appliances, or carpentry
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator

Job Duties

Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes
Complete work orders in both occupied and vacant units
Perform general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
Assist with exterior maintenance as needed
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Support the on-site team during downtime with porter and grounds duties
