Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
- basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to perform manual labor
- strong troubleshooting abilities
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties

- manage maintenance operations within allocated budgets
- ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
