Job Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in maintenance with skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- HVAC/EPA certifications or similar credentials are a plus

Job Duties
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed
- Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently
- Ensure the property meets safety standards and complies with applicable regulations
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with apartment turnovers ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues including after-hours calls when necessary
