Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in maintenance with skills in HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
- willingness to learn HVAC/EPA certifications or related credentials preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- flexible availability for after-hours and emergency calls

Job Duties
- perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition
- troubleshoot and repair HVAC plumbing electrical and other systems as needed
- address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
- collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and property manager to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently
- ensure the property meets safety standards and complies with applicable regulations
- maintain an organized inventory of tools equipment and supplies
- assist with apartment turnovers ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents
- respond to emergency maintenance issues including after-hours calls when necessary
