Job Requirements
- Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- prior maintenance experience is preferred
- good communication and multitasking skills
- ability to assist in all maintenance duties
- additional education, training, or certification preferred
- must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties
- Perform maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance, to all areas of the hotel
- service hallways, public areas, and rooms as needed along with all other tasks as assigned
- complete all maintenance requests and tasks as assigned for the day
- visually inspect public areas and overall resort for cleanliness, appearance, and safety
- maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and for the security of the hotel inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests
- practice chemical safety rules and follow procedures for needles and other hazardous materials
- report all suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Manager
- follow all Lost and Found protocols
- maintain high standards of guest relations when in contact with the guest
- ability to order supplies, to receive instructions for the day and/or to read equipment manuals including safety information
