Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with 480-volt motors
- Experience troubleshooting motors and motor control circuits
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to fabricate, measure, cut, and assemble metal components with precision
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to work third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with 480-volt motors

- Strong lathe and mill knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs maximum
Job Duties
- Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals through a quality maintenance program
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures
- Use micrometers, calipers, tachometers, and dial indicators for precision measuring
- Calibrate process instruments
- Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
- Work any shift, holidays, weekends and overtime as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors
