Job Requirements
- Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to assist in all maintenance duties
- Additional education, training, or certification preferred
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties
- Perform maintenance and repairs and preventative maintenance to all areas of the hotel
- Service hallways, public areas, and rooms as needed along with all other tasks as assigned
- Complete all maintenance requests and tasks as assigned for the day
- Visually inspect public areas and overall resort for cleanliness, appearance, and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and for the security of the hotel inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests
- Practice chemical safety rules and follow procedures for needles and other hazardous materials
- Report all suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Manager
- Follow all Lost and Found protocols
- Maintain high standards of guest relations when in contact with the guest
- Ability to order supplies, to receive instructions for the day and/or to read equipment manuals including safety information
