Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance experience in student housing, multifamily, or similar environments preferred
- Strong skills in general repairs, troubleshooting, and building systems
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Complete work orders for student units and common areas
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance-related issues
- Assist with unit turns, including repairs, cleaning touch-ups, and inspection tasks
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce system downtime
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and inventory stocked
- Perform groundskeeping and community upkeep as needed
- Work closely with the on-site team to support student satisfaction and safety
- Participate in emergency maintenance response when required
