Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related trade
- ability to work independently and travel between multiple store locations
- strong problem-solving skills
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call availability
- ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces
Job Qualifications
- experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or related field preferred
- working knowledge of and general building maintenance
- valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report check
Job Duties
- conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on various types of equipment across multiple store locations
- perform corrective repairs, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes to minimize downtime
- respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- inspect facilities regularly to identify potential safety or maintenance issues and recommend solutions
- maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation of work performed
- coordinate with Maintenance Manager and outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
- ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- assist in maintaining inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- communicate effectively with operations team and store leadership regarding repair status and timelines
