Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- working knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing or pulling up to 100 pounds
- ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, climbing ladders, crawling, kneeling
- ability to see, hear, speak, and read English
- ability to pass security clearance according to company policy
- professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- ability to follow safety standards and company procedures
- ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends

- skilled in performing preventative maintenance and repairs

Job Duties
- Maintain facility using consistent preventative maintenance guidelines
- ensure all maintenance equipment is in working order
- perform tasks as assigned including preventative maintenance, repairs, complete documentation
- assist with houseman duties when assigned
- perform general minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems
- respond to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- communicate professionally with guests and co-workers
