Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • working knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing or pulling up to 100 pounds
  • ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, climbing ladders, crawling, kneeling
  • ability to see, hear, speak, and read English
  • ability to pass security clearance according to company policy
  • professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • ability to follow safety standards and company procedures
  • ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • working knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing
  • skilled in performing preventative maintenance and repairs
  • able to diagnose malfunctions in mechanical and similar equipment
  • able to communicate effectively with staff and management
  • able to follow oral and written instructions
  • professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • Maintain facility using consistent preventative maintenance guidelines
  • ensure all maintenance equipment is in working order
  • perform tasks as assigned including preventative maintenance, repairs, complete documentation
  • assist with houseman duties when assigned
  • perform general minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems
  • respond to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner
  • communicate professionally with guests and co-workers
