- Bachelor’s Degree or technical school and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred

- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, repairing broken or leaking plumbing, working on damaged electrical wiring, maintaining building HVAC equipment, applying preventative measures to reduce future problems, fixing potential safety hazards, painting and repairing walls and doors
