Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • HVAC training and certification preferred
  • commitment to regular attendance including weekend and overtime hours
  • ability to be on-call for emergencies
  • ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
  • complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
  • possess broad knowledge of general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
  • perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
  • maintain grounds and curb appeal
  • able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • be responsive to on-call emergencies
