Job Duties
- Provide assistance and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs
- Use various tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance of HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, plumbing, and conduct site inspections
- Perform pressure washing and other assigned maintenance duties
- Cross-train in other departments including cashier and leadership roles
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while adhering to company safety policies and procedures
- Move and lift over 25 pounds and work in various temperatures
