Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic plumbing experience
- knowledge of electrical wiring including low voltage and 120/208 volt single and 3 phase service
- experience in use of small power and hand tools
- HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 tons
- EPA Universal Certification
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- installation and repair of restaurant equipment
- repair and maintenance of refrigeration systems
- perform electrical work including low voltage and single and three phase service
- plumbing repairs and maintenance
- HVAC repair for units up to 5 tons
- roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, and tiles
- use of small power and hand tools
