Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant maintenance and repair experience
- basic plumbing skills
- knowledge of electrical wiring including low voltage and 120/208 volt single and 3 phase service
- ability to operate small power and hand tools
- HVAC repair knowledge for units up to 5 ton
- EPA Universal Certification
- valid driver's license
- ability to work on-call schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays

- experience in basic plumbing
- proficiency in basic building electrical wiring for low voltage and 120/208 volt single and 3 phase service

Job Duties
- Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment
- perform electrical work including basic building wiring and low voltage systems
- carry out plumbing repairs
- conduct HVAC maintenance and repair for units up to 5 ton
- repair roofs and replace doors, blinds, and tiles
- use small power and hand tools effectively
- respond to on-call maintenance emergencies as scheduled
