Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Some maintenance experience
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Able to work the specified shift from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM
- Willingness to participate in training and development
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- Some maintenance experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with maintenance software
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Receive training to perform maintenance job duties
- Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies required for scheduled tasks, prepare for operations including preventative maintenance
- Conduct shift turnovers to coordinate line calls, review assigned maintenance tasks, manage equipment issues, assist line operations and guide outside contractors
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and install various electrical and production equipment
- Support the Conagra Performance System
- Understand blueprints
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and use maintenance software to ensure efficient production flow
- Assist with repairs
- Provide inputs to supervisors to schedule maintenance
