Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance
- Strong understanding of building systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and professional manner
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed and equipment serviced
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
- Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on energy management, preventive maintenance, and capital planning
