Job Requirements
- High School degree, GED or equivalent
- One to two years’ related experience and/or training preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years
- Proficiency in English reading, writing and verbal communication
- Demonstrated proficiency and quality of advanced maintenance skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operating standards

Job Duties
- Complete assigned service requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties
- Prepare open apartments for rental within 24 to 72 hours
- Participate in ongoing training to build and maintain knowledge and skills
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents
- Complete and document daily building inspections
- Ensure the attractive internal and external appearance of all buildings and grounds
- Recommend replacement or repair as necessary
