This job posting is for a Maintenance Team Member position at a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee operates independently of McDonald's USA, holding a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but is a separate company and employer with full responsibility over employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and possible late shifts
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- basic knowledge of maintenance tasks an advantage
- willingness to complete training programs
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance or custodial experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and reliability
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- keep our restaurants looking and running well by maintaining equipment and the cleanliness of the restaurants
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun

- perform maintenance tasks as required to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- assist with cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards
- collaborate with team members to support restaurant operations
