Job Requirements
- must be a team player who takes a we over me approach to building and sustaining relationships with others
- must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated
- willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- high school diploma or equivalency certificate
- previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance or other relevant industries
- excellent communication skills, proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English
- strong computer skills including MS Office, property management software such as Yardi or On-Site, and CRM solutions
- valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication skills, proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English

Job Duties
- work with the site team to carry out daily maintenance needs of the community
- build rapport with residents and team members
- oversee daily repairs, service requests, unit turns and preventive maintenance
- lead the on-site maintenance team
- ensure the community meets company standards
- build strong positive relationships with residents, on-site team, and regional team
- respond to maintenance service requests promptly
