Job Requirements
- Certified in HVAC/EPA and other relevant fields
- three or more years of experience in maintenance operations
- prior supervisory or leadership experience
- hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- problem-solving aptitude
- excellent interpersonal skills
- familiarity with maintenance and property management software
- availability for after-hours or weekend emergencies
Job Qualifications
- Certified in HVAC/EPA and other relevant fields
- three or more years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in multifamily housing
- prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the property's maintenance team to ensure timely and high-quality service
- oversee all maintenance operations including preventative maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
- ensure all systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are operating efficiently and safely
- coordinate with the Property Manager to prioritize and address maintenance requests and projects
- manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted work to ensure quality and timeliness
- maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among your team
- respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to protect residents and property
- train, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their full potential
- ensure apartment homes are made ready for upcoming new residents
