Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged equivalent
  • minimum two years experience in multifamily maintenance
  • at least one year supervisory experience
  • able to work in high energy and emergency environments
  • knowledge of computers including microsoft office and outlook
  • preferred experience with yardi voyager
  • able to mentor and lead teams
  • detail oriented and organized

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years experience in multifamily industry
  • at least one year supervisory experience in maintenance and grounds
  • skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • ability to remain calm in emergency situations

Job Duties

  • supervise and lead maintenance and grounds team
  • perform and oversee repairs in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance installation
  • mentor and develop maintenance staff
  • manage unit turnovers and emergency repair situations
  • coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
  • maintain detailed records and inventory of maintenance activities
  • ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
