Job Requirements
- Must be EPA or CFC certifiable
- Valid driver's license and good driving record with auto insurance
- Minimum of three years hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work after hours and take emergency calls
- Pre-employment background screen

Job Duties
- Perform hands-on maintenance including inspection, repair, and upkeep of apartments and common areas
- Act as a team leader for the maintenance staff, delegating and supervising daily tasks
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and concerns
- Prepare market-ready apartments by performing painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs
- Conduct regular community inspections and prepare status reports
- Oversee maintenance of mechanical equipment such as HVAC and water heaters
- Order and manage maintenance inventory and supplies
