Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a maintenance or cleaning role preferred
- able to perform physical tasks and manual labor
- capable of working independently and following instructions
- reliable and punctual
- good organizational skills
- ability to interact respectfully with coworkers and contractors
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely

Job Duties
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- waxing furniture and cleaning fixtures
- disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles
- keeping buildings free from indoor pests
- maintaining cleaning equipment
- maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
- ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours
- collaborating with contract cleaning services
- assist with donation pickups and relocations
