Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or facility cleaning preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks related to maintenance
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable transportation for offsite duties if required

Job Duties
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- waxing furniture and cleaning fixtures
- disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles
- keeping buildings free from indoor pests
- maintaining cleaning equipment
- maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
- ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours
- collaborating with contract cleaning services
- assist with donation pickups and relocations
