This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated restaurant franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, which acts as the brand owner, this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer responsible for all employment matters related to the restaurant. As such, if you are hired for this position, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully accountable for staffing decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck twice weekly
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
