Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to research and resolve complex issues
  • Good understanding of departmental functions and operational processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to perform physical activities including repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Develops and manages proactive field maintenance programs, including scheduling events, evaluating effectiveness, and ad hoc reporting
  • Manages miscellaneous maintenance projects from bid specifications to financial management
  • Coordinates equipment rollouts and tests within area of responsibility
  • Negotiates equipment and service contract terms and recommends to management
  • Acts as technical liaison for multiple corporate maintenance departments and assists in resolving complex issues
  • Researches and develops economic studies for program changes and recommends to management
  • Reviews service providers to determine contract renewal and evaluates new providers
  • Develops departmental policies, practices, and procedures
  • Assists in training program development for field maintenance technicians
  • Maintains technical knowledge through workshops and seminars
  • Provides advanced operational support during emergencies
  • Available on call 24 hours per day
  • Completes special projects as assigned by management
