Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Skilled in operating cleaning machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- Experience operating power washers and sweeper scrubbers preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Physically capable of performing medium to heavy physical work
Job Duties
- Monitor maintenance of parking facilities and premises to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
- Identify and repair malfunctioning equipment on property
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
- Conduct safety checks, painting, wash-downs, application of sealants, lubrication, and debris removal
- Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules as directed by Location Manager
- Operate machinery such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report supply needs to management
- Uphold customer service standards with professionalism
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
