Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid state driver’s license
- acceptable driving record
- ability to work special shifts including weekends and nights if required

Job Duties
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor directions
- walk garage daily to identify and correct maintenance issues
- sweep and pick up debris around garage entrances, exits, stairwells, booth, office, and restrooms
- empty trashcans in all facility areas
- paint designated areas to maintain neatness
- replace burned out bulbs
- apply oil absorbent to spills
- submit repair and maintenance requests
- inspect safety items like gate arms
- check ticket spitters and gates for operation and accuracy
- provide ticket and gate counter records to the manager
- maintain janitorial supply inventory
- keep garage sweep sheets updated
- operate sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment such as weed eaters and lawn mowers
- shovel, plow, or blow snow from facility areas as designated
- report policy violations or safety hazards promptly
- practice customer service keys and behaviors
- assist and resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor aid
- cover cashier or attendant duties as needed
- maintain a neat appearance and uniform
- perform other assigned tasks
