Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends if required
- valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to maintain positive customer interactions
- ability to adapt to change and unexpected events
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- commitment to maintaining a neat and clean appearance and uniform
Job Qualifications

- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 pounds or more
- familiarity with facility maintenance, electrical or painting experience preferred
- valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Job Duties
- perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in checklists and as directed
- walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems
- sweep and pick up around entrances, exits, stairwells, and surface areas
- empty all trashcans in garage, booth, and office
- paint facility surfaces as directed
- replace burned out bulbs
- apply oil absorbent to oil spills
- submit requests for repairs or maintenance
- check safety items and gate operations daily
- provide ticket and counter records to manager
- keep inventory of janitorial supplies
- maintain sweep sheet
- operate sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment
- shovel, plow or blow snow as directed
- report policy violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences
- practice customer satisfaction behaviors
- assist customers as directed
- resolve customer complaints
- cover other duties including cashier or attendant
- maintain neat appearance and uniform
- perform other assigned duties
