Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting and moving 50 pounds regularly
- effective oral and written communication in English
- adaptability to changes and unexpected events in work environment
- sound and accurate judgment
- professional demeanor under pressure
- availability to work special shifts including third shift and weekends as required
- ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
- ability to read, write and interpret common English
- capability to provide quality customer service
- willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- previous facility maintenance experience preferred but not required
- valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing work environments

- capable of working independently and within a team
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- familiarity with facility maintenance tools and equipment
- ability to work third shift or weekends as required
Job Duties
- Perform third shift maintenance duties including lot car counts and ticket inventories
- respond to customer service calls and assist customers with inquiries and complaints
- execute facility cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal according to checklists
- conduct daily inspections to identify and correct maintenance problems within the garage
- maintain painted surfaces by performing touch-ups and painting as directed
- replace burned out bulbs and apply oil absorbent to oil spills
- operate cleaning and outdoor equipment including sweepers, scrubbers, lawnmowers, and snow removal tools
- report maintenance and safety issues promptly to the facility manager
- maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and keep accurate records of garage/lot sweeping
- cross-train and cover other roles such as cashier and attendant as necessary
- maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards during shifts
- adhere to company policies and safety regulations consistently
