Job Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A, B or C driver’s license with passenger endorsement if operating shuttle buses with 15 or more passengers
- DOT Medical Card
- Physical ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends if required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Must maintain uniform and professional appearance
- Ability to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Must pass background checks as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected events
- Sound judgment and professionalism under pressure
- Familiarity with facility operations is a plus
- Experience operating shuttle buses with passenger endorsement if applicable
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean appearance at the facility and shuttle operation
- Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance
- Shovel, plow, or blow snow from facility areas
- Paint facilities as directed to maintain neatness
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and debris removal
- Report violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences promptly
- Assist customers and resolve complaints independently or with supervisor support
- Cover additional duties such as cashier as needed
- Maintain uniform and professional appearance during shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned
