Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles
- ability to operate cleaning machinery such as power washers and sweepers
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- capability to work in various weather conditions
- availability to work Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- flexibility to work additional shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- experience using power washer and sweeper scrubber preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Monitor maintenance of facility and associated premises to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
- identify and repair improperly functioning equipment
- perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
- conduct safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, trash and debris removal
- adhere to and proceed with preventative maintenance schedule drafted by Location Manager
- operate machinery and equipment including blowers, sweeper, power washer
- accurately and timely report to maintenance logs
- notify Location Manager of required materials, supplies, and tools
- uphold Legacy Parking's customer service standards
- maintain a professional attitude with customers, co-workers, management, and the public
- perform other duties as assigned by management
