Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior maintenance or custodial experience
knowledge of safety protocols
ability to work flexible hours
physical fitness for standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 100 pounds
ability to operate maintenance machinery
good communication skills
valid identification for employment

Job Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
ability to operate power washers and sweeper scrubbers preferred
excellent customer service skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical capability to perform medium to heavy work including lifting up to 100 pounds
strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties

Monitor maintenance of the facility and premises to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
identify and repair malfunctioning equipment
perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds and equipment
conduct safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, and trash removal
adhere to preventative maintenance schedule
operate machinery including blowers, sweeper, and power washer
maintain accurate maintenance logs
notify management of needed supplies and materials
uphold customer service standards
perform additional duties as assigned
