Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in custodian or janitorial work
- high school diploma or GED required
- able to lift 25lbs
- able to stand for extended periods
- mobile enough to move around the facility to complete tasks

Job Duties
- clean main lobby and offices
- empty trash cans
- dust surfaces
- wipe down door handles and clean glass
- clean fitness facility
- wipe down all gym equipment twice daily
- clean fitness studio equipment and store properly
- maintain outdoor patios by picking up debris and wiping down furniture
- pick up trash on floors
- wipe down toilets and restock supplies in locker rooms and restrooms
- dust lighting fixtures
- mop restroom floors
- clean clubhouse, kitchen, and bar areas
- wipe down furniture and counters
- sweep floors
- dust window seals
- clean pool and park areas
- clean exterior shower fixtures
- remove leaf debris using blower
- clean sidewalks and entryways
- remove pet waste
- maintain proper furniture arrangement
- vacuum carpets
