Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in custodian or janitorial work
- high school diploma or GED required
- able to lift 25 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods
- must be mobile enough to move around facility to complete tasks
- able to pass background check
- must possess valid driver's license and clean DMV record

Job Duties
- Clean main lobby and offices
- empty trash cans
- dust
- wipe down door handles and clean glass
- wipe down the front desk shield
- clean fitness facility
- clean glass doors, wipe down all door handles and frames
- wipe down all equipment twice per day
- wipe down and organize studio equipment
- clean fitness studio exterior patios by picking up leaf debris and wiping down furniture
- pick up trash on floors
- empty trash bins
- wipe down toilets and restock paper supplies, soap and shampoo in locker room and restrooms
- dust all lighting fixtures
- mop restroom floors
- clean clubhouse, kitchen, and bar area
- wipe down furniture and glass tables
- wipe down counters
- sweep floors
- dust window seals
- wipe down kitchen sink and countertops
- dust artwork and decor
- ensure furniture is properly arranged
- vacuum carpets
- clean park areas by wiping down furniture, emptying trash and picking up floor trash
- clean pool areas and ensure furniture is arranged
- pick up trash in facility and empty trash bins with new liners
- wipe down exterior shower fixtures
- pick up leaf debris using blower
- wipe down light fixtures, door handles, and door frames
- clean main sidewalk and entry by sweeping and blowing leaf debris
- remove pet waste and clean sidewalk
- wipe down main entry glass doors
- remove leaf debris from entry fountains
- pick up trash off sidewalk, gutter, and landscape beds
